“everything is revelation, everything would be if it were accepted at the moment of birth”

Maria Zambrano

To observe. To discover. To push one’s self to the limit. To rehearse again. To rewrite the rules of the game. To reiterate the effort, the frenzy and turn it into an exercise in listening, the anatomical task for a dialogue of glances, figures, for a practice of encounter and mutual understanding.

Looking at grass-level, Is an invitation to modify the verticality of postures and walking paths to exercise the immediacy of vision.

In a pattern of crossings and geometric configurations, the young performers build a score composed of gestures and dynamic pulsations in which the sequence of roles and mimicking alludes to the stories in children’s ludic folklore. The inner tension of the choreographic structure attempts to combine the seriousness and physical effort that characterize play, with the capacity to reinvent the actions it is made of. Skill, dexterity, waiting, thinking are

open to challenge and exploration. Every young participant should get excited about the rules and about reversing them, in a dialogue with the timing and the mapping of the space.

A dizzying rituality of the “minuscule” that, in an experience of pace, beat and repetition, discovers an original, primordial condition of sharing and sets these young bodies on the road to invention and the exercise of the imagination.
